An El Paso County jury has found 19-year-old Logan McClelland guilty of reckless manslaughter in the death of 50 -year-old Bradley Blehm last August.

Blehm was an employee at the Big O Tires store, on Highway 105 in Monument, who had been drinking and ordered to go home for the day on August 9th -- according to court records. There was a confrontation in the parking lot between Blehm and McClelland's family. Friday the jury decided that McClelland shot Blehm seven times, killing him.

The 4th Judicial District Attorney's office was seeking a first-degree murder charge on McClelland, but the jury went with the lesser charge.

McClelland faces two to six years in the Department of Corrections for the reckless manslaughter charge. His sentencing has been set for August.
