Utilities holding neigborhoods back from returning home

The 8 o'clock press conference revealed that utilites and gas lines are the reason some neighborhoods are unable to return home tonight.
The Cedar Heights neighborhood will be allowed back in at 9 p.m.. The neighborhoods along Centennial between Woodmen Road and Vindicator Drive will be allowed back to their homes. The evacuation has been lifted for people along 30th to Garden of the Gods.
There are a few expceptions becuase of gas lines and utilities; Reed Ranch, Bluffside Terrace, Grand Centennial Apartments are not allowed to return home.
