COLORADO SPRINGS (AP) - Colorado Springs police say three Colorado Springs Utilities employees have been arrested in connection with the theft of equipment from a utilities storage facility.
Robert Maestas, Thomas Mattorano and William Mohrenweiser have been arrested on suspicion of felony theft and accessory to felony theft.
All three men are longtime Utilities workers who earned an average of $63,000 a year maintaining pipeline used in the city's natural gas distribution system.
