Use home staging to sell your home fast

It's a buyer's market out there, and selling a home can be hard. To sell your home fast, and for top dollar, you might want to consider home staging.
Professional home stagers work with sellers to make their homes more attractive to buyers. They know what colors to use and where to put furniture to reveal a home's true potential, "It's staged so that any buyer can walk into the home and say wow, I could live here, this is a move in ready home," explains Cathi Rios with Front Range Stage.
There are a few things you can do on your own, without the help of a home stager, to make your home more appealing. We'll have some of those tips coming up tonight on News First 5 at 6:00 p.m.
