UPDATE: Santorum holding early lead in Colorado

Rick Santorum is holding his early lead in the Colorado caucuses. With about 7 percent of precincts reporting statewide, Santorum has 202 votes (about 50 percent).
Newt Gingrich trails Santorum with 87 votes (21 percent), followed by Mitt Romney with 77 vote (19 percent), and Ron Paul with 40 votes (10 percent).
We will continue to update results as more precincts report throughout the evening.
