UPDATE: Pueblo motorcycle accident victim wasn't wearing helmet

State Troopers say the man who was killed in a motorcycle accident overnight in Pueblo was not wearing a helmet and may have been drinking. Frank Luna, 53, of Pueblo was headed east on Highway 50 when, at around 12:50 a.m., he lost control of the bike, veered off the right side of road and was ejected.
Toxicology reports are not yet available. However, troopers suspect that alcohol is a contributing factor in the accident.

State Patrol is investigating a deadly motorcycle accident in Pueblo. It happened on Highway 50 and Pueblo Blvd. Authorities say the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved. The man who was driving died at the scene. No word yet on the cause of the crash.
