Update: Power restored in La Junta

The La Junta Fire Chief says all electricity has been restored following an outage affecting nearly half the city Saturday afternoon.
The manager of the La Junta Municipal Power Plant says two of the plant's five circuits tripped Saturday afternoon, knocking out power to about half the city's 4,000 metered customers.
Tri-State Generation provides electricity to the City of La Junta.
