UPDATE: Passengers from diverted flight make new flight plans.

Passengers from Southwest Airlines, flight number 1646 which was diverted to Colorado Springs following a declared emergency and landing are currently in the Colorado Springs Airport waiting to changes to their flight plans to make it to their connecting flights or final destinations. 

Southwest Airlines flight number 1646 was en-route from Phoenix to Denver when the flight crew declared an emergency due to smoke in the cockpit cabin. Flight 1646 was scheduled to make several more short hops ending in Fort Lauderdale, FL at around 10:50 pm Sunday.
