Update on man with gun at Air Force Base

Officials at Schriever Air Force Base tell News 5 they have spoken to the young man holed up inside a building just about 15 minutes ago. The man has been there for nearly 8 hours. He has a gun. No shots have been fired so far.
The building was evacuated after the standoff began before noon. The airman is a member of
a security squadron and is armed with his own handgun. We're told he faces a discharge over a matter in civilian court.
His name hasn't been released.
