Update: Officer case centers on domestic violence report

The Colorado Springs Police Department says the case against Officer Sydney Huffman centers on a reported domestic violence case.
On April 21 the police department learned that Ms. Huffman may have been involved in criminal activity. Ms. Huffman reportedly indicated she was the victim of domestic violence. No one was prosecuted in the case and officers then questioned what Huffman had told them.
Huffman is on paid administrative leave pending the filing of formal charges.
