Update: Colorado Springs standoff suspect in custody

Colorado Springs Police say a standoff situation has ended peacefully. It started this afternoon with a report of a fire in the 1000 block of Westmoreland Road, near UCCS. It turned out there was not a fire, but a disturbance between two parties in the area. One of those involved barricaded himself in a building, but police say he is now in custody, and there were no injuries.
