Update: Black Hills working to restore power in Pueblo

Black Hills Energy in Pueblo says a circuit failure in a substation downtown was the problem behind a power outage Sunday afternoon. Close to 4,000 customers have been without power since about 4:15 p.m. A spokesperson for Black Hills says crews are currently working to get power turned back on to customers, and it will be restored a section at a time, so not everyone will get power back on at the same time.
