Update: AutoZone victim identified

Colorado Springs police have identified the person killed Wednesday at the AutoZone. The victim is 39-year-old Joaquin Paniagua of Colorado Springs.
The suspect in this shooting, Ernest Schmidt, who also goes by Edward Coffey, is in court today facing charges of First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, and Second Degree Kidnapping.
