UPDATE: Armed bank robbery suspect still being sought

Colorado Springs Police are still searching for a suspect who reportedly robbed the Pikes Peak National Bank in the 2400 block of W. Colorado Ave. Police say the suspect is a white male, approximately 5' 10" tall wearing a black "hoodie" and black knit cap.
He made a demand by a hand written note and displayed a hand gun before getting away on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank.
Robbery detectives are at the bank now going over surveillance video and eye witness statements. The suspect was seen leaving the area on foot to the west of the bank.
