The Federal Aviation Administration says a United Airlines 757 en route to Los Angeles from Denver has been diverted to Grand Junction Regional Airport with one engine shut down in western Colorado.
FAA spokesman Ian Gregor says the plane was flying from Denver to Los Angeles on Sunday when the right engine shut down. KOAA News 5 has learned that the engine was shut down due to low oil pressure.
The number of passengers on board has not yet been released.
United officials didn't immediately return a call.
