Two people are under arrest after police say they robbed people at gunpoint at a Colorado Springs gas station.

Police say a woman and her husband were at the gas pumps at the Circle K store at 2890 S. Circle Drive early Sunday morning around 2 a.m. when a car pulled up and a woman inside asked to borrow a cell phone. The people borrowing the phone tried to leave with it but the victim fought back. Eventually a man, who was with the woman when they pulled up, took money out of the pocket of one of the victims while they were fighting and pointed a gun at their head, according to a police report.

The victims called police with a vehicle description and license plate number. Colorado Springs police stopped the vehicle at S. Circle Drive and Fountain Blvd. A realistic-looking CO2 gun was found in the car; the victim and a witness also indentified the two people as those involved in the earlier attack.

49-year-old Hiram Church and 32-year-old Deja Moss were arrested for aggravated robbery and taken to the Criminal Justice Center.
