TODAY: Clear and cold to start. Pueblo fell to a new record low of 5 degrees this morning. The previous record was 10 degrees which was set on March 24, 1965. You can expect another round of tame and isolated snow showers for this afternoon. An inch of accumlation is possible in the lower elevations...with 2-5" for the highest elevations. Highs will still be in the 20s and 30s with wind chill readings as low as 10 degrees below zero. Although winds will be much lighter....5-15 mph today.
TONIGHT: Scattered snow showers with 1-3 inches possible by Monday morning and very cold again with lows in the single digits.
MONDAY: Stays very cold with another weak chance for scattered snow showers. Highs in the 20s and 30s and lows between 5 and 10 degrees.
TUESDAY: Dry and warmer with highs in the 40s and 50s....lows in the 20s.
WEDNESDAY: A mostly dry cold front moves through with a slight chance for precipitation in Teller County. Otherwise, it will be partly sunny and much warmer with highs in the mid to upper 50s.
THURSDAY-SATURDAY: Even warmer with highs near 60. We are watching a low pressure system that will develop of the coast of California next weekend. Precipitation is possible for late Friday into Saturday.
