Two hooded suspects sought in convenient store robbery

Robbery investigators and officers from the Colorado Springs Police Department continue to look for two suspects from a robbery at a Western Convenience Store on the city's north side. Currently investigators say 2 male suspects physically assaulted the store clerk and were able to access the cash register before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Even though physically assaulted the store clerk was uninjured and no weapons were ever displayed.
The suspects are being described as two Caucasian males, the first of unknown age, standing 5 feet 5 inches with a thin build last seen wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants. The second suspect is described as standing 5 feet 8 inches, with a thin build, also seen wearing a dark colored jersey and dark pants. Both suspects were reported has covering their faces partially with hoods.
