Douglas County Deputies say two adults were found dead in a home this morning southwest of Castle Rock when officers responded to a call for a welfare check.

Ron Hanavan, a spokesperson with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, says deputies were called to a home in the 2400 block of Marlin Way in Keene Ranch at 3:30 a.m. on a welfare check.

Two adults were found dead in the home. Their names have not been released, nor details about how they might died.

Authorities have not named a suspect and say they have no one in custody.

Investigators have begun to evaluate the scene and are asking anyone with information to call the Douglas County Sheriff's Department.
