Two arrests in deadly shooting

Colorado Springs Police have arrested two people on First Degree Murder charges in the death of a man outside a local restaurant.
31 year old Colorado Springs resident Cynthia Casado-Balestier and 25 year old Colorado Springs resident Miguel Ortiz Marin were arrested Tuesday. They're accused of killing Esteban Garcia.
Garcia was shot to death in the parking lot of the El Ranchito restaurant on April 25.
