Twins born on two separate Highways

Two tiny troublemakers make their debuts alongside "two" separate highways outside New York City. The twins named Declan and Gavin Anderson were born Sunday, after dad and mom tried to make it to the hospital but didn't quite make it.
Rescue crews delivered Gavin alongside a highway, with mom on a stretcher, but then, declan wasn't about to be left behind.
Siobhan Anderson/ Mother said, "Yes. They had to pull over again. (laughs). yeah. It was wild." Father, Bryan Anderson, "Declan decided he couldn't wait so on the exit ramp on the Wantaugh Parkway , he was born right there."
Both babies were six pounds and are all doing fine.
