Turkeys needed at Marian House

The Marian House Soup Kitchen needs 500 turkeys to help the needy at Thanksgiving. The organization not only cooks about 600 hot meals each day but prepares hundreds of holiday food boxes.
Donations can be dropped off at Marian House, 14 W. Bijou Street, on the west side of the building from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Also needed:
- Boxes of instant mashed potatoes
- Canned vegetables
- Canned pumpkin for pies and pie crusts
- Boxes or bags of stuffing/dressing
- Jello
- Small marshmallows
- Canned yams, sweet potatoes
- Cranberry sauce
- Gravy
- Fruit
