Turkey hunting license application deadline Thursday

DENVER (AP)-The deadline to apply for a Colorado turkey hunting license for the spring season is Thursday.
The Colorado Division of Wildlife says turkey hunting is one of the fastest growing forms of hunting in North America, and the state's population of wild turkeys is larger than ever.
Colorado has Rio Grande turkeys on the plains and native Merriam's turkeys in the mountains.
