We continue to monitor a developing storm over Nevada and Utah, and that storm is moving toward Colorado and will bring snow to our area tonight. This storm is far from a "big deal," but we could certainly use the moisture in the ground. Even this little bit will help.
While the High Country will see 5-8 inches of snow, most areas of Southern Colorado will miss the big snow. Higher elevations in northern El Paso County, Teller County, and along the Wet Mountains could see 1-2 inches of snow, while most areas along and east of the I-25 corridor likely will see totals of less than a half-inch.
As of 11:37 PM, no snow was noted anywhere in Colorado, though snow was falling near Salt Lake City, Utah.
