Damage to gas lines and utility boxes is extensive.
No private fireworks allowed due to high fire danger.
2,100 residents are still out of their homes.
A joint task force will consider flood threat downstream of the burn area.
Containment along the border with Colorado Springs is 100 percent. Fire fighting efforts are focused to the north in rugged mountain terrain.
