Truth commission anticipated for cycling

LONDON - There will be a greater degree of scrutiny coming to the world of professional cycling as support is building for a Truth Reconciliation Commission.
On Friday, cycling's world governing body the UCI agreed take part in the commission along with the world anti-doping agency. The commission could grant riders some sort of amnesty for coming forward with information, but the details still need to be worked out.
According the Associated Press, Lance Armstrong's attorney says the disgraced star will appear before the commission.
