Tropical Storm Isaac getting weaker

Maximum sustained winds with Isaac are now down to 60 mph but this is still a very dangerous storm. Isaac is moving northwest at only 5 mph, the slow moving storm is dumping very heavy rain and is still producing a significant storm surge. The storm will continue to weaken and should become a tropical depression by tomorrow night. Storm totals of 15 to 25" of rain will fall in some areas producing significant flooding.
