Traffic being diverted because of serious car accident

A serious two-car accident at St Vrain and Nevada in Colorado Springs.  Fire department are on the scene with one of the cars flipped with the party inside the vehicle.

During the accident, a power pole got knocked down in the intersection and one of the cars is lying on hot wires, so the Fire department are calling out CSU Utilities.  The fire department are using ropes to pull power line off car to get parties out, but they are saying they can't move the vehicles until utilities crews are on scene.

Traffic cops are on the scene diverting traffic from this intersection.  It would be best to avoid this area until crews have things cleaned up.

So far there are no word on, if any, what type of injuries were involved in the accident.
