Traffic accident victim dies from injuries

A 19-year-old man has died from injuries he suffered Monday evening in a traffic accident in Colorado Springs.
Patrick Culpepper was declared dead Tuesday.
Culpepper was a passenger in the front seat of a car driven by Alyssa Mitchell, 18. According to Colorado Springs Police, Mitchell made a left turn in front of oncoming traffic at Dublin and Union. An SUV hit the car. Those vehicles caromed into two vehicles waiting at the light. Four other people were taken to a hospital following the crash. None of the other victims have life threatening injuries.
Mitchell is charged with careless driving resulting in death.
