Tornado reported in Kan. town, more than 20 homes destroyed, one dead

READING, Kan. (AP) - The power is back on in Reading, Kansas, after a tornado struck last night.
Authorities say it destroyed at least 20 homes and killed one person.
The twister was produced by a system of severe thunderstorms that pelted eastern Kansas with hail that some residents said was the size of baseballs.
