The Obama administration is coming under fire from members of Congress over its decision to make changes in missile defense plans.
At a hearing today, lawmakers said they resented hearing about the decision in news reports before being briefed.

The Obama White House is scrapping a Bush administration plan to install long-range missile interceptors in Poland and a radar in the Czech Republic.
