DULUTH, Minn. (AP) - Brady Lamb had a goal and two assists and Kenny Reiter had a shutout as Minnesota-Duluth advanced to the Western Collegiate Hockey Association Final Five with a 4-0 win
over Colorado College. CC's season is over.
Reiter faced just 15 shots in net Sunday for the Bulldogs (22-16-1), who won the series opener 3-2. The Tigers (19-17-3) forced a third game when they won 5-2 on Saturday.
Kyle Schmidt had UMD's only goal of the first period. Lamb scored and assisted on goals by Rob Bordson in the second period and Mike Connolly in the third. Justin Fontaine assisted on three goals.
Connolly had three goals in the series.
Colorado College's Joe Howe had 13 saves. He didn't make a save in the third period.
