Thunderwolves kick off 2012 at home Thursday

The CSU-Pueblo Thunderwolves kick off their season at home on Thursday hosting West Texas A&M. The Wolf Pack enters the 2012 season ranked 6th in the US among Division II schools.
The Thunderwolves stunned the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference last year by going unbeaten in the regular season (11-0).

Head Coach John Wristen says it's a new year with new challenges. He draws his road map to success is draw in very clear terms.

"To get our guys, the Pack football players, to play as hard as they can on every snap," Wristen said. "That's a real simple formula, but that's what we've gotta do and we can't get caught up in all the other stuff that goes on around us."

Tickets to all of the CSU-Pueblo home games went on sale Monday. Admission is $12, seats on the grass only Thunder-Hill cost $6.
