Three finalists selected for PPCC president

The Pikes Peak Community College presidential search committee has selected three finalists for consideration for the community college's next president. Dr. Nancy McCallin, president of the Colorado Community College System, will make the final selection.

The Colorado Community College System has been taking applications since December 2010. Dr. Ed Ray, PPCC retired Vice President of Instruction, has been serving as interim president.

The three finalists are:

Dr. Ann Valentine, currently President of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Fergus Falls, Minnesota;
Dr. Christine Chairsell, currently District Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at Portland Community College in Portland, Oregon; and
Dr. Lance Bolton, currently President of Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado.
