Threat a 'hoax'; woman arrested

An alleged threat that led to a lockdown of Ellicott schools earlier this week was apparently a hoax.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office arrested Stephanie Hiebert, 23, on charges of False Information to Authorities, Interference with Staff/Faculty/Students of an
Educational Facility, and Harassment.
