Teen dies in hit and run

A 14 year old boy has died in a hit and run crash.
It happened on Circle Drive, near the intersection of Circle and Airport near 8:30 Thursday night.
Colorado Springs police say the boy was running on the sidewalk on Circle, tripped and fell, then ran across the street.
He was hit by a tan or light colored truck. Officers say the driver stopped momentarily, then drove away.
The boy died of severe head injury.
Police are searching for that driver.
