Tea Party rallies show thinning turnouts

DENVER (AP) - This year's tax day tea party rally outside the Colorado Capitol attracted far fewer people than past years. But the conservative activists say the movement is still going strong.
About 200 people attended yesterday's rally, far below the
thousands who mobbed the lawn at the height of the state's tea party movement.
