SW Colorado clobbered by storm

More than three feet of snow has already piled up in southwestern Colorado. It's great at the ski resorts--not so wonderful for C-DOT.

Wolf Creek and La Veta Passes have been closed for most of the day. Durango Airport--shuttered due to blizzard conditions.

Wolf Creek Ski Area says it has gotten 3.7 feet over the last 48 hours while Silverton Mountain reports 3.1 feet.

Avalanche warnings and watches have been issued for much of the High Country and the threat is rated high in the San Juan Mountains.
