Suspicious device found in Peyton

Fort Carson was called to Peyton last night, after a suspicious device was found along the road.
The Fort Carson PAO says it happened last night around 10:30. The Explosive Ordnance Disposal, or EOD was called to the scene.
When the team arrived they discovered the device was a training munition.
Roads were closed while the it was taken away from the area.
Fort Carson says the scene was clear by 1:40 a.m.
El Paso County Sheriff says roads should be open this morning.
We have heard other reports that the device was found in another area, but we have not been able to confirm that.
