New developments in the murder of a Pueblo man. A forensic anthropologist says it appears Brian Swartz died from a severe bludgeoning. Swartz's body was found in a shallow grave in Pueblo County earlier this month.

The three suspects arrested for first degree murder are Swartz's common-law wife Sonia Mitchell, her sister Priscilla Mitchell and Sonia's boyfriend Eloy Varos. They made their first court appearances on Thursday.

Pueblo Police say they've found evidence linking all three to the murder, including blood stains inside the couple's home and a bloody mattress inside Varos' storage unit.

The suspects remain in jail.
