A High School football game had to be evacuated in Otero County, Friday evening. It happened at Fowler High School, east of Pueblo.

Some 150 fans were forced to leave the stands, and the visiting football team was ordered inside the school until the situation could be deemed safe. Police set up a perimeter around a corn field, adjacent to the high school.

The suspect, 28-year-old Jayson Oslund, is wanted to 1st Degree assault charges. He is accused of beating 18-year-old Matt Maez, who is on life support at a Pueblo hospital.

Law enforcement called off the search around 9p.m. Three people were detained for questioning.

If you have any information about Oslund's whereabouts, you are asked to call police.
