Isaiah Goss was shot on June 20 at the Camelot Apartments in Colorado Springs, and died the next day.

Monday the District Attorney's Office filed charges against Leonel Hernandez, 17.  Hernandez was charged as an adult, but has not been arrested because police do not know his current location.

Hernandez is described as Hispanic, 5'9" and 145 pounds.  Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Colorado Springs Police Department at 719-444-7000 or you may remain anonymous and could earn a cash reward by contacting Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP (7867).
