INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Survivors and those still traumatized by the deadly Indiana State Fair stage collapse heard some musical healing as country band Sugarland returned to the state for a benefit concert.

The Grammy-winning duo performed Friday night's free concert at Conseco Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis. It's a few miles from the fairground venue where on Aug. 13 high winds toppled scaffolding and stage rigging onto concertgoers.

Concert attendees were asked to donate to a relief fund that's already raised nearly $1 million for the seven people killed and dozens who were injured.

Singer Jennifer Nettles told Friday night's crowd that included some of those injured during the collapse that the tragedy had changed them all.
