On Thursday, people all over the world tried to beat a world record by having the most people stack cups at multiple locations in one day. However, there was a slight twist.
In Pueblo, more than 100 students at Haaff Elementary School took part in the competition. They had to stack cups for at least 30 minutes. Here's the twist: The kids not only had to race against the clock, in between stacking they also had to do sit-ups, push-ups and other exercises. "And it's kind of disguising the fitness and it make it a little bit more exciting for them," said Traci Tafoya, a physical education teacher at Haaff Elementary School. "They don't really know they're getting a workout, cause when I play with them I realize how much of a workout this stuff gives you," she added.
The record is more than 222,500 people stacking cups in single day.
