Stroud sentenced to life

News First 5 has confirmed with the El Paso County's District Attorney's Office that Jason Lee Stroud, 32 was sentenced to a Life sentence without the possibility of parole.
Jason Lee Stroud was convicted of stabbing 59-year-old Terry Stroud, to death on May 3 2010 in the 2900 block of El Capitan near Union and Academy Blvd.
The stabbing was reported to have happened during an argument in the home, and that Terry Stroud died at the hospital. The Jason Lee Stroud fled the scene but was picked up about a block away.
