The afternoon commute will be fine today but plan on snow, wind and slick roads tomorrow morning. Snow will increase this evening with wind developing late tonight and stronger wind tomorrow. Blowing snow problems can be expected over Monument Hill and along highways 24 and 94 east of Colorado Springs. Blowing snow will also be an issue across the eastern plains of Colorado. Here is a look at how much snow we expect between tonight and tomorrow afternoon, Colorado Springs 3-6", Northern El Paso County 5-10", Teller County 4-8", Pueblo 2-5", Canon City 2-5", La Junta 2-5", Trinidad and Walsenburg 3-6", Lamar 4-9", Wet and Sangre de Cristo mountains 5-10". Snow will end tomorrow afternoon most areas. A few flurries possible again Friday with a bigger storm on Sunday.
Colorado Springs 20 - 28, Pueblo 22 - 33, Woodland Park 15 - 22, Monument 17 - 24
