A Winter Storm Watch will be active for all of El Paso County from 5pm Wednesday through Thursday morning. Snow and wind will combine to create dangerous travel conditions during that time frame. In Colorado Springs 3 to 5" of snow is possible by noon Thursday, northern El Paso County can expect 5 to 7". Wind will get strong late tomorrow into Thursday, north wind from 25 to 35 mph will cause reduced visibility. The most dangerous conditions will be in northern and eastern El Paso County. Travel in those areas will become difficult if not impossible from late tomorrow through Thursday afternoon. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing storm.
