We had warmer than normal temperatures here in southeast Colorado today but nothing like what they were dealing with in the desert southwest. Under sunny skies Phoenix had a high of 93 degrees, Yuma 95, Thermal, California was the hot spot in the nation today with a high of 100 degrees.
