STERLING, Colo. (AP) - A Sterling Correctional Facility inmate is facing charges that he strangled his cellmate.
The Sterling Journal-Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/101bKRK) Paul Farley appeared in court Friday on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree assault. He is accused in the death of James Roemer about six months ago.
Bond for Farley has been established at $100,000. He is due back in court Jan. 9.
