The Pueblo Police Department announced Monday that a sexually violent predator set to be released from prison will be listed as homeless. However, a detective with the department's sex offender unit says that Emmanuel Bitsuie, 25, will be monitored with a GPS tracking system.

Bitsuie is being released from the Colorado Department of Corrections under 18 months of intensive supervised parole. This is his third release from prison in the past 2 years.
